This past weekend it was rainy and cold in San Francisco. After exhausting all of the indoor activites we could think of (playing wii, watching football, lifting weights and getting Brian to do pilates, watching 6 episodes of "24" on dvd, and cleaning) we decided to make fondue! We bundeld up in rain gear and made a run for the store. We found a great recipie on epicurious which combined gruyere and swiss cheese with wine, flour and cornstarch. It turned out fantastic! We cut up bread, red peppers, apples and pears for dipping (mom, doesn't the platter look great!). We followed fondue with Moose Tracks ice cream. Good thing we did that afternoon workout :)

that looks soooo yummy! and i popped the cherry on this post! ha! spencer and i HAVE to visit you guys - during a 49ers game of course! tell brian i said hi! and thank you soooooo sooooo much for the wedding gift! i've had so many compliments on it! love you!
