This year Halloween was pretty low key and we made costumes out of things we already had. One of my former roommates had a party at her new place so we enjoy the evening hanging out with friends. We also went to the kid's trick-or-treating in our old neighborhood and it was great to see all of the kiddos in their costumes. The highlight was seeing children dressed in the same costume as Brian (Max from Where the Wild Things Are). It was great!
